Consciously delivered, beautifully packed.

We ship all Nala Native orders using Sendle (within Australia) and Australia Post (for international orders).
Every parcel is packed using compostable, low-impact materials, including kraft wrap, hex padding, soy-based ink stamps, hand-poured wax seals, and a recycled thank-you card with a ritual QR guide.

Australia – Domestic Shipping

  • Orders under AUD 150 — $15.00 flat rate

  • Orders AUD 150 and over — Free standard shipping

  • Delivery time: 2–5 business days via Sendle

  • All domestic parcels are carbon-neutral

We do not offer express shipping. This allows us to minimise emissions and reduce reliance on air freight.
We believe your ritual care should arrive slowly and intentionally, in harmony with our earth-first ethos.

International Shipping - Australia Post

We offer tracked international shipping via Australia Post. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

  • International shipping available to NZ, UK, US, Canada, EU, + select Asia-Pacific regions

  • All international orders are shipped in compostable or recyclable packaging.

  • Delivery times vary by region (typically 6–14 business days)

Packaging + Tracking

All orders are shipped from Ocean Grove, VIC, within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is dispatched.

  • Your package will include:

  • Compostable Kraft mailbox

  • Kraft and hex wrap

  • Recycled thank you card with QR ritual guide

  • Soy ink logo stamp

  • Hand-poured wax seal

Everything is plastic-free and home-compostable, even the ink and tape.

Returns & Refunds Policy (Australia)

The Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

We want you to love your ritual. If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is faulty

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nalanative.com.au with your:

  • Full name and order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • Brief explanation

Once approved, we’ll arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Returns must be unused, in original condition, and securely packed.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used skincare items (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Sale or promotional items unless faulty

We take care to inspect and hand-pack every international order. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@nalanative.com.au.

Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • You received the wrong item

Include your:

  • Full name and order number

  • Photo evidence of the damage

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Delays caused by customs, duties, or local postal services

Please note:

  • Return shipping for international orders is at the customer’s expense unless we are at fault

  • Customs duties or taxes are non-refundable
